Ingredients
1/4 Cup Falooda Sev or Vermicelli (i used vermicelli)
1/4 Cup Falooda Sev or Vermicelli (i used vermicelli)
1 Cup Chilled Milk
1 1/2 Cup Mango Puree
2 Tblspn Mixed Nuts (pistachios, almond)
2 Tblspn + 2 Tspn Falooda Seeds or Sabja Seeds
1 Scoop Mango Ice Cream

- Soak falooda seeds in enough water for 45 minutes & drain water completely. Keep it aside.
- Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan on medium-high flame & add vermicelli to the boiling water by stirring continuously (make sure vermicelli does not form lumps).
- Boil vermicelli until it is cooked (approx 6-8 minutes) & turn off the flame.
- Drain the vermicelli in a strainer & rinse it with cold running water. Keep it aside.
- Add chilled milk, sugar in a mixing bowl & mix everything well. Keep aside.
- Add 1/4 cup of mango puree into each glass jar.
- Top it with two tablespoons of soaked falooda seeds in each glass jar.
- Top it with 2 tablespoons of cooked vermicelli & add 1/2 cup of chilled milk into each glass jar.
- Add a teaspoon of sabja seeds & 1/2 cup of mango puree.
- Finally top it with a tablespoon of mixed nuts & a scoop of mango ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
