Ingredients
1/4 Cup Chopped French Beans
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
1/3 Cup Chopped Baby Corn
Salt to Taste
3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tblspn Corn Flour (Cornstarch)
3 Tblspn Water
1 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1 Tblspn Butter or Oil

3 Cups Water or Vegetable Stock
Directions
- In a small bowl; add cornflour, 3 tablespoons of water & mix well to form a smooth mixture. Keep aside.
- Heat butter in a sauce pan on medium flame; add minced garlic & saute for a minute.
- Add chopped veggies & saute them for 3-5 minutes.
- Add water or vegetable stock & let it come to a boil.
- Add salt, pepper powder & mix everything well.
- Add corn flour mixture by stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.
- Boil for another 8-10 minutes or until mixture turns thick.
- Turn off the flame & serve hot.
