Egg Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients

3-4 Eggs
4 White or Brown Bread Slices
3-4 Tblspn Mayonnaise
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
2 Tspn Butter
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl & keep aside.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium flame; add whisked eggs & lightly scramble. Saute until eggs are cooked & turn off the flame. 
  • In a bowl add scrambled eggs, pepper powder, salt, mayonnaise & mix everything well with a spoon. 
  • Heat a tawa or pan on medium-low flame; spread little butter on pan with a spatula or apply on both sides of each bread slice & toast them on both sides until golden brown & crisp or you can toast them in an electric toaster.
  • For assembling a sandwich; take a toasted bread slice & place 2-3 tablespoons of scrambled egg mayo stuffing & cover it with another toasted bread slice.

  • Repeat the process with remaining toasted bread slices & cut each egg mayo sandwich diagonally.
  • Serve egg mayo sandwich immediately.
