Grilled Corn On Stove Top

Ingredients

1 Ear Corn, husked & cleaned
Salt as needed
1/2 Sliced Lemon, discard the seeds

Directions
  • Place a grill on the stove top & turn the flame to medium-high.
  • Place the sweet corn on the grill & roast it evenly on all sides by rotating for every 20-30 seconds.
  • While roasting some kernels pop & they blacken little bit.
  • Once corn is evenly roasted on all sides turn off the flame.
  • In a mixing bowl add salt, dip half lemon into the salt & rub it all over the roasted corn.
  • Serve hot.
