1 Packet or 60 Grams Maggi Atta Noodles
1/4 Cup Carrots, sliced lengthwise
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper, sliced lengthwise
1/4 Cup Cabbage, thinly sliced
2 Tspn Red Chilli Sauce
Salt to Taste
2 Tspn Red Chilli Sauce

1 1/2 Tspn Tomato Ketchup
1 1/2 Tspn Soya Sauce
1/2 Tspn Vinegar
1/4 Tspn Pepper Powder
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan & add atta noodles. Let it cook till it is done.
- Using a strainer ladle transfer the noodles to a bowl & rinse it with cold running water. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a wide pan on medium flame; add sliced cabbage, bell pepper, carrot & stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
- In a small bowl add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, salt & mix everything well.
- Add mixed sauces to the veggies & saute for a minute.
- Add cooked noodles & stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the flame & serve hot.
