Ingredients

1 Cup Papaya, chopped
3/4 Cup Chilled Thick Yogurt/Curd
1/4 Cup Chilled Milk
1 Tblspn Sugar or add as required
1 Cardamom Pod, discard the skin

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover & process until blended. 
  • Pour into a glass & serve immediately.
