Ingredients

1/2 Cup Peanuts/Palli
2 Tblspn Quaker Oats
1 Tblspn Flax Seeds
4 Anjeer/Dried Figs
8-10 Pitted Dates
1/2 Tspn Ghee/Clarified Butter 
1 Cardamom Pod
5 Cashew Nuts
5 Almonds

Directions
  • Heat a wide pan on a medium-low flame; add peanuts & dry roast for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown colour. Transfer to a plate & allow it to cool at room temperature.
  • Remove the skin of the peanuts & keep aside.
  • In the same pan add quaker oats & dry roast for a minute or until raw smell goes away. Turn off the flame & transfer to a plate. Let it cool at room temperature.
  • Add flax seeds to a dry mixie jar & blend into a fine powder. Transfer to a plate & keep aside.
  • Add roasted oats & blend into a fine powder. Transfer to a plate & keep aside.
  • Add cashew nuts, cardamom seeds(discard the skin), almonds to a mixie jar & blend into a fine powder. Transfer to a plate & keep aside.
  • Add peanuts to the same mixie jar & blend into a fine powder. Transfer to a plate & keep aside.
  • To the same mixie jar add pitted dates, anjeer & blend into a smooth paste.
  • Now add peanut powder, flax seed powder, oats powder, nuts powder to the dates paste & blend again until everything is combined well.
  • Finally add ghee & blend again.
  • Take a small amount of mixture & make it into a smooth round shaped laddu.
  • Serve protein laddu.
Note: Store it in an airtight container & stays fresh for 2 weeks at room temperature.
