4 Tblspn Sugar
1 Tblspn Warm Milk, optional
Few Saffron Strands, optional

- Soak few saffron strands in warm milk for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar, cardamom seeds to a dry mixie jar & blend into a fine powder.
- In a mixing bowl add crumbled paneer & knead with your hand until you reach smooth texture.
- Add powdered sugar & mix.
- Add saffron milk & knead to a smooth dough.
- Take 2 tablespoons of paneer dough & shape it into a modak.
- Place it on a plate & repeat the process with the remaining dough.
- With the help of a toothpick make lines around the modak.
- On Ganesh Chaturthi offer these kesar paneer modak to Lord Ganesha.
Note:
- Serve these kesar paneer modak immediately or store it in an airtight container & refrigerate for later use.
- Stays fresh for 2 days when refrigerated.
