2 Eggs
1/4 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
2 Tspn Pizza Sauce
1/2 Tspn Mixed Herbs
1 Tblspn Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tblspn Onion, thinly sliced
1 Tblspn Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tblspn Onion, thinly sliced
2 Chopped Amul Cheese Slices or 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tspn Oil

Directions
- Beat eggs in a bowl & add salt, pepper. Beat until well blended.
- On medium flame heat oil on a tawa & pour egg.
- Cook until it is completely cooked on two sides by flipping over (approximately 2-3 minutes).
- Transfer to a plate & keep aside.
- Place a bread slice on tawa & turn the flame to low.
- Spread pizza sauce with a spoon on bread slice & place the omelette.
- Top with chopped green peppers & sliced onion.
- Finally top with chopped amul cheese slices or shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with a lid & cook for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts completely.
- Turn off the flame & transfer the bread pizza to a plate.
- With the help of a knife cut the pizza into slices & serve hot.
