Egg Maggi With Instant Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients

1 Maggi Masala Atta Noodles Packet (70 Grams)
1 Packet Ching's Secret Sweet Corn Veg Instant Soup
1 1/2 Cup Water
2 Eggs
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl with spoon.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly. Once it is cooked, add salt & red chilli powder. Mix & turn off the flame. Keep aside.
  • In a sauce pan add water & let it come to a boil. Once water comes to a boil, add ching's secret sweet corn veg instant soup & mix. Add spice mix powder (which is provided inside the maggi packet) & mix everything well.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add noodle cake (before adding noodle cake break them into 3-5 parts) & cook for another 2-3 minutes or until noodles are completely cooked. 
  • Finally add scrambled eggs & mix everything well.
  • Cook for a minute & turn off the flame.
  • Serve hot.
