Masala Lassi

Ingredients

1 Cup Yogurt (Curd)
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tblspn Mint Leaves (Pudina)
1 Tblspn Coriander Leaves (Kothmir)
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
3/4 Inch Ginger, peeled & chopped
Salt as needed

Directions
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover & process until blended.
  • Pour into a glass; garnish with mint leaves & serve immediately.
Note: For chilled lassi add ice cubes.
