2 Tblspn + 1 Tspn Rooh Afza
1 Tblspn Sugar
Directions
- To a blender jar add chilled curd, 2 tablespoons of rooh afza & sugar.
- Cover & process until blended.
- Pour into a glass & top it with a teaspoon of rooh afza.
- Serve immediately.
