Ingredients

1 Cup Chilled Curd
2 Tblspn + 1 Tspn Rooh Afza
1 Tblspn Sugar

Directions

  • To a blender jar add chilled curd, 2 tablespoons of rooh afza & sugar.
  • Cover & process until blended. 
  • Pour into a glass & top it with a teaspoon of rooh afza.
  • Serve immediately.
