Directions
- Soak potato sticks in water for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, rinse potato sticks under water for 2-3 times to remove starch completely.
- Pat dry the potato sticks in a towel.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan/kadai on a low flame & once oil is hot enough, drop few potato sticks in oil. Fry them in small batches for 6-8 minutes & transfer them to a plate lined with paper towel. Let them cool at room temperature.
- Re-fry the potato sticks for 2-3 minutes on medium-high flame or until golden brown & transfer them to a plate.
- In a bowl, add fried potatoes & toss with salt.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or ranch dressing.
