1 Basic Vanilla Cake, slice into two halves
3 Scoops Chocolate Icecream, softened
3 Scoops Vanilla Icecream, softened
For Chocolate Ganache
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Ingredients
1 Basic Vanilla Cake, slice into two halves
3 Scoops Chocolate Icecream, softened
3 Scoops Vanilla Icecream, softened
For Chocolate Ganache
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- Line the aluminium pan with a plastic wrap; leaving a large hanging over each side.
- Place the bottom layer of the vanilla cake into a pan; layer with a chocolate icecream then with a vanilla ice-cream & place the remaining half vanilla cake on top.
- Firmly secure the plastic wrap around the cake (add more plastic wrap if needed) & freeze for atleast 4 hours.
- Bring heavy cream to a boil in a sauce pan on medium-low flame & turn off the flame. Pour it over chocolate chips & wait until they melt.
- Whisk until it is smooth & let it cool at room temperature.
- After 4 hours remove the icecream cake & unwrap the plastic wrap. Pour chocolate ganache on top of the cake & serve.
