Chicken Tikka Wrap

Ingredients

20 Pieces of Mint Chicken Tikka or Chicken Tikka, cut into small pieces (i used mint chicken tikka)
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
4 Tblspn Red Bell Pepper(Capsicum), cut into small cubes
Chapathis/Rotis
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
4 Tblspn Cheddar Cheese, shredded (optional)
8 Tblspn Ranch Dressing


Directions
  • Take one chapathi/roti & spoon the chopped mint chicken pieces lengthwise on the center of the chapati. Sprinkle few finely chopped onion, a tablespoon of red bell pepper & a tablespoon of cheddar cheese(optional).
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of ranch on the chicken pieces as shown in the picture below & wrap the chapathi/roti. Repeat the process with remaining chapathis.
  • Serve chicken wrap for lunch or dinner.
Note:
  • Prepare chapathi & mint chicken tikka in advance. Assemble them into wraps only when you are ready for serving.
  • You can also add mashed avocado (add little salt, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice in mashed avocado & mix).
