1 Large Sized Potato; boil, peel & mash
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
3 Tblspn Cheddar Cheese, grated (optional)

3/4 Tspn Chaat Masala
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves

Directions
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil & mix everything well. Make patties using the paneer mixture (patties should not be too thick or thin).
- Heat oil in a wide pan on medium flame; place paneer patties in pan & cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once halfway . Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve paneer patties with tomato ketchup or ranch.
