Directions
For Stuffing
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame, add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped paneer cubes, cilantro leaves & saute for 3-5 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Preheat the oven to 400F(204C). Line a baking tray with aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Cut one sheet of puff pastry into 6 equal parts & place 2 tablespoons of stuffing on top of the each sheet. Fold into half, press & seal the sides (as shown in the picture) by applying little water. Arrange them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden & crispy. Remove the baking tray from oven & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve warm.
