3 Cups Cooked White Rice(1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
3-4 Green Chillies, slit on one side
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, chopped
Salt to Taste
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
3/4 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Caraway Seeds (Shajeera)
1 Small Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
3-4 Green Cardamom Pods (Ellachi)
Few Curry Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame; add caraway seeds, green cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, curry leaves, green chillies & saute for a minute or until curry leaves turn crisp. Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add turmeric powder, salt & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn soft & mushy by stirring occasionally.
- Add coriander powder & mix everything well.
- Now add cooked rice & saute for 2-4 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Serve hot with raita.
