Instant Wheat Dosa

Ingredients

1 Cup Wheat Flour (Atta)
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves
Water as needed


Directions
  • In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, salt, cumin seeds, cilantro leaves & water as needed to obtain a medium thick batter consistency as shown in the picture below (batter shouldn’t be too thick or too runny). 
  • Heat tava/nonstick skillet on a medium flame, apply 1/4 teaspoon oil on the tava & spread it evenly with a spatula. Pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center & sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon oil around the edges. 
  • Cook till the base is golden & crisp or until edges start browning a bit as shown in the picture below.
