1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
1 Dry Chilli
Few Curry(Karivepaku) Leaves

Directions
- For tempering; heat oil in a pan on medium-low flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, dry chilli & saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl; whisk curd & add all the ingredients listed.
- Mix everything well & add tempering.
- Serve salla chaaru with rice.
