Directions
- For tempering; heat oil in a pan on medium-low flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, dry chillies & saute for a minute.
- Now add gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder & saute for a minute. Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl; whisk curd & add all the ingredients listed.
- Mix everything well & add tempering.
- Serve salla chaaru with rice.
