2 Tspn Sesame(Til/Nuvvulu) Powder
Tamarind Lemon Sized or add as needed, extract pulp
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
3 Cups Water
For Tempering
1 Dried Chilli
1/2 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
Few Curry(Karivepaku) Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- In a motar pestle add green chillies & make it into a paste.
- In a bowl add chopped onion, salt, sesame powder, greenchilli paste & mix everything well. Keep aside.
- In another mixing bowl add tamarind extract, water & mix. Now add onion mixture to the tamarind water & mix everything well.
- For tempering; heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients listed & saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Turn off the flame & add into prepared tamarind water. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve with rice.
