1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves

For Paneer Bread Rolls
6-8 White Bread Slices, remove the crust
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated (optional)
1 Tspn Butter/Oil, for brushing

For Paneer Bread Rolls
6-8 White Bread Slices, remove the crust
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated (optional)
1 Tspn Butter/Oil, for brushing
Directions
For Stuffing
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame; add onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala & saute for another minute.
- Add grated carrot & saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add grated paneer, cilantro leaves & cook for 3-5 minutes by stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the flame & keep aside.
For Paneer Bread Rolls
- Using a rolling pin roll each bread slice into a thin slice.
- Place 1-2 tablespoon of paneer stuffing on each rolled bread slice & sprinkle some cheddar cheese.
- Roll into a cylinder shape starting from one end & seal the edges by applying little water.
- Preheat oven to 400F(204C) & line your baking tray with a sheet of aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Arrange bread rolls on a greased baking tray & lightly brush with some butter on all the rolls.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once halfway. Transfer them to a plate.
- Serve hot.
- You can also shallow fry the paneer bread rolls in a tablespoon of oil for 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once half way.
- You can also replace paneer with boiled mashed potato & repeat the same directions.
