1 Medium Sized Onion, thinly sliced
3/4 Cup Mixed Vegetables (chopped carrots, chopped french beans, green peas, sweet corn)

Salt to Taste

- Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add mixed veggies, onion & stir fry for 5-10 minutes or cook until they turn soft.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, pepper powder, garlic powder & saute for a minute.
- Add cooked rice & stir fry for another 3-4 minutes. Mix everything well & turn off the flame.
- Serve veg fried rice with chilli chicken.
