Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 Cups Cooked Rice (1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
1 Medium Sized Onion, thinly sliced
3/4 Cup Mixed Vegetables (chopped carrots, chopped french beans, green peas, sweet corn)
1 Tblspn Soya Sauce
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder(optional)
1 Tspn Vinegar
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Sauce
1/4 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1 Tspn Tomato Ketchup
1 Tblspn


Directions
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add mixed veggies, onion & stir fry for 5-10 minutes or cook until they turn soft. 
  • Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, pepper powder, garlic powder & saute for a minute.
  • Add cooked rice & stir fry for another 3-4 minutes. Mix everything well & turn off the flame.
