Ingredients

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, chana dal & saute for a minute.
- Now add onion & saute until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder, salt & saute for a minute.
- Add cooked rice & mix everything well.
- Saute for another 3-5 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
