3 Cups Cooked Rice (1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
3 Eggs
3-4 Spring Onions, chopped
1 Tblspn Soya Sauce
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
1/2 Tspn Tomato ketchup(optional)
1 Tspn Vinegar
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Sauce
1/4 Tspn Pepper Powder
1 Tblspn + 1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Whisk eggs in a bowl with spoon.
- Heat 1 tblspn oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly. Stir fry for 2-4 minutes or until egg is cooked.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, pepper powder, garlic powder & saute for a minute.
- Add cooked rice & mix everything well.
- Now add spring onions & mix.
- Stir fry for another 3-4 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve egg fried rice with chilli chicken.
