1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1/3 Cup Curd
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
Few Curry Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped

Directions
- Heat a wide pan on a medium low flame; add oats & fry for 2-4 minutes or until they turn light brown in color by stirring continuously.
- Turn off the flame & let it cool at room temperature before adding it to a mixie jar. Now grind into a smooth powder & transfer to a mixing bowl.
- In the same mixing bowl add all the other ingredients except oil & combine everything well. Batter must be very thin.
- Heat tava/nonstick skillet on a medium flame, apply 1/4 teaspoon oil on the tava & spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center & sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon oil around the edges. Cook till the base is golden & crisp or until edges start browning a bit. Pass the spatula under it to ease the oats dosa off the pan, fold & transfer to a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve oats dosa with peanut chutney or coconut chutney or ginger chutney or onion chutney.
