3-4 Eggs
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Redchilli Powder
2 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir), chopped

Ingredients

Directions
- In a small bowl whisk eggs & add chopped onion, cilantro leaves, redchilli powder, salt (in this step you can also add chopped tomato, sweet mini peppers). Mix everything well & keep aside.
- Heat tava/nonstick skillet on a medium flame, apply 1/4 teaspoon oil on the tava & spread it evenly with a spatula. Pour a ladle full of batter on it & spread it in a circular motion using backside of a ladle. Immediately pour a ladle full of egg mixture on the dosa & spread it evenly with a spatula & sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon oil around the edges.
- Cook till the base is golden & crisp or until edges start browning a bit. Flip to cook other side as well & pass the spatula under it to ease the egg dosa off the pan.
- Transfer to a plate & repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve egg dosa with peanut chutney or coconut chutney or ginger chutney or onion chutney & sambar.
