6-8 Bread Slices
1/2 Cup Grated Carrots
1 Medium Sized Tomato, sliced
1 Medium Sized Onion, sliced
4 Amul Cheese Slices (you can also use your choice of cheese)
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder or Red Chilli Powder
4 Tspn Green Chutney (optional)
2 Tspn Butter

Directions
- For assembling a sandwich; take a bread slice & spread a teaspoon of green chutney over it (check out my blog for green chutney recipe).
- Place 2 tablespoons of grated carrot, sliced tomato & 4-5 sliced onions on the bread.
- Place a slice of amul cheese over the stuffing & cover it with another bread slice. Spread little butter on top of bread slice & keep aside.
- Repeat the process with remaining bread slices.
- Heat a tawa on medium-low flame; place veg cheese sandwich on tawa.
- Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown & crisp.
- Transfer to a plate & cut each veg cheese sandwich diagonally.
- Serve veg cheese sandwich immediately.
