1 Tblspn Sesame(Til) Seeds
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1 Tblspn Chana Dal(Chanaga Pappu); soak in water for 30 minutes & drain

Directions
  • In a mixing bowl add rice flour, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, gingergarlic paste, salt, soaked chana dal, chopped onion, curry leaves, cilantro leaves & combine well.
  • Now add water & combine well to form a soft dough (dough shouldn't be sticky if it is sticky just add little more rice flour).
  • Divide dough into 4-6 equal sized balls & keep aside.
  • Take a wide pan & spread little oil. Take one dough ball & place it at the center of the pan. Flatten it using your palm & use your fingertips to flatten each dough into 5-6 inch diameter circle.
  • Make holes in it & drizzle some oil in the holes as shown in the picture below.
  • Place the pan on a medium-low flame & cover with a lid.
  • Cook until base is golden brown colour & flip to cook other side as well.
  • Transfer to a plate & repeat the process with the remaining dough.
  • Serve sarva pindi hot with pickle.
