Ingredients
1 Cup Rice Flour
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Tblspn Sesame(Til) Seeds
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1 Tblspn Chana Dal(Chanaga Pappu); soak in water for 30 minutes & drain
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
Few Curry Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves, chopped
1/3 Cup Water or add as required
Salt to Taste
Oil as needed

Ingredients

Directions
- In a mixing bowl add rice flour, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, gingergarlic paste, salt, soaked chana dal, chopped onion, curry leaves, cilantro leaves & combine well.
- Now add water & combine well to form a soft dough (dough shouldn't be sticky if it is sticky just add little more rice flour).
- Divide dough into 4-6 equal sized balls & keep aside.
- Take a wide pan & spread little oil. Take one dough ball & place it at the center of the pan. Flatten it using your palm & use your fingertips to flatten each dough into 5-6 inch diameter circle.
- Make holes in it & drizzle some oil in the holes as shown in the picture below.
- Place the pan on a medium-low flame & cover with a lid.
- Cook until base is golden brown colour & flip to cook other side as well.
- Transfer to a plate & repeat the process with the remaining dough.
- Serve sarva pindi hot with pickle.
