1 Maggi 2 Minutes Noodles Masala Packet (70 Grams)
1 Cup Water
2 Eggs
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/8 Tspn Red Chilli Powder(optional)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Tblspn Oil

1/8 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/8 Tspn Red Chilli Powder(optional)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Tblspn Oil
Directions
- Whisk eggs in a bowl with spoon.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly. Once it is cooked remove from the pan & place them in a plate. Keep aside.
- Heat remaining oil in the same sauce pan on medium flame, add chopped onion & cook until they turn translucent.
- Now add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, little salt & saute for a minute.
- Add water & let it come to a boil. Once water comes to a boil, add spice mix powder (which is provided inside the maggi packet) & mix everything well.
- Add noodle cake (before adding noodle cake break them into 3-5 parts) & cook for another 2-3 minutes or until noodles are completely cooked.
- Finally add scrambled eggs & mix everything well.Turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
