Veg Maggi

Ingredients

1 Maggi 2 Minutes Noodles Masala Packet (70 Grams)
1 1/4 Cup Water
1/8 Tspn Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/3 Cup Mixed Vegetables (chopped french beans, chopped carrots, green peas, sweet corn)
1 Small Sized Tomato, finely chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/8 Tspn Red Chilli Powder(optional)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add cumin seeds & let them splutter. Add chopped onion & cook until they turn translucent. 
  • Now add mixed veggies & saute for another 3-5 minutes. Add chopped tomato; cook until they turn soft & mushy.
  • Now add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, little salt & saute for a minute.
  • Add water & let it come to a boil. Once water comes to a boil, add spice mix powder (which is provided inside the maggi packet) & mix everything well.
  • Add noodle cake (before adding noodle cake break them into 3-5 parts) & cook for another 2-3 minutes or until noodles are completely cooked. 
  • Turn off the flame & transfer to a bowl.
  • Serve hot.
