Ingredients

For Veggie Stuffing

1 Large Sized Onion, thinly sliced
1 Medium Sized Boiled Potato, peel & cut into cubes
1 Medium Sized Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Medium Sized Zucchini, thinly sliced
1/3 Cup Orange & Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Carrot, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Green Peas
Salt to Taste
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
3/4 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
1/2 Tblspn Chilli Garlic Sauce (optional)
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
2 Tblspn Yogurt(Curd)
2 Tblspn Butter/Oil

Assembling

Chapathis/Rotis
Veggie Stuffing
1 Ripe Avocado, discard the seed & cut into cubes (optional)

Directions

For Veggie Stuffing
  • Heat butter in a pan on medium flame, add chopped onion & fry until it turns translucent. 
  • Add sliced bell pepper, tomato, zucchini, chopped carrot, green peas (you can also add your choice of veggies) & stir fry for 4-6 minutes.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala powder, coriander powder, chilli garlic sauce & saute for another minute.
  • Now add boiled potato, yogurt & mix everything well. Cook for 2-3 minutes & turn off the flame. Keep aside.

Assembling
  • To the chopped avocado add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder & mix well. Keep aside.
  • Take one chapathi/roti & spoon the veggie mixture lengthwise on the center of the chapathi. Sprinkle avocado cubes on the veggie mixture.
  • Wrap the chapathi/roti & repeat the process with remaining chapathis.
  • Serve hot.
Note: You can prepare chapathi & veggie stuffing in advance. Assemble them into wraps only when you are ready for serving.
