3 Cups Cooked White Rice(1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
4-6 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
2 Green Chillies, slit on one side
1 Medium Sized Onion, thinly sliced
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
Few Cilantro Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil or Ghee

Directions
- Heat oil or ghee in a wide pan on a medium flame; add cumin seeds & let them splutter.
- Add green chillies, minced garlic & saute for a minute or until garlic turns golden brown.
- Add onion & cook until they turn translucent.
- Add pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder & saute for a second.
- Now add cooked rice & mix everything well.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve.
