Paneer Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Dough
1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese/Paneer, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 Cup White Button Mushrooms, washed & sliced
3-4 Sweet Mini Peppers, sliced
1/4 Cup Zucchini, chopped
2-3 Jalapeno, sliced
1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce

Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 425F(218C). 
  • Line a baking tray or pizza pan with an aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
  • Roll pizza dough into a thin rectangular shaped pizza base( 1/2-3/4 inch thickness) on a floured surface & place on a greased pan.
  • First spread pizza sauce with a ladle on pizza & leave 3/4 inch space on the edge for crust.
  • Top with paneer cubes, sliced mushrooms, chopped zucchini, sliced sweet mini peppers, sliced onion & sliced jalapenos.
  • Finally top with shredded mozzarella. 
  • Bake for 15 minutes & low broil for 2 minutes (cook until the crust begins to blister & char). 
  • Remove the pan from oven & cut the pizza into slices with a knife. Transfer them to a plate.

  • Serve hot.
Note: Properly store leftover pizza in an airtight container & stays fresh for 2-4 days when refrigerated.
