3/4 Cup Cabbage, shredded
1/2 Cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
1 Large Sized Onion, thinly sliced
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tblspn Soya Sauce
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tblspn Oil
2 Tspn Oil For Brushing

1/2 Cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
1 Large Sized Onion, thinly sliced
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tblspn Soya Sauce
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tblspn Oil
2 Tspn Oil For Brushing
Directions
- Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wide pan on a medium flame & add shredded cabbage, carrot, onion.
- Mix everything well & cook for 10-12 minutes or until veggies turn soft. Add soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt & mix everything well. Cook for another minute & turn off the flame. Keep aside.
- Take one spring roll wrapper, place 3 tablespoons of sauteed veggies lengthwise on the center of the wrapper.
- Apply water over the edges, fold & seal two ends as shown in the picture below.
- Roll from one end & seal the edges as shown in the picture below.
- Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers & keep aside.
- Coat air fryer basket with cooking spray & arrange the stuffed wraps side by side without touching each other. Brush some oil on top of each roll & close the air fryer basket.
- Set temperature to 370F(188C) & timer to 8 minutes.
- Start the air fryer & air fry until spring rolls turn crisp on both sides, turning once half way (approximately 4 minutes each side).
- Once the timer is up, open the air fryer basket & carefully transfer crispy spring rolls to a plate.
Note: Instead of air fryer you can also deep fry the spring rolls until golden brown & crisp.
