Ingredients
3 Cups Cooked Rice (1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
1 Medium Sized Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Baby Corn, sliced
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrot
1 Tblspn Soya Sauce
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Minced Garlic
1 Tspn Vinegar
1 Tspn Tomato Ketchup
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
2 Tblspn Oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add minced garlic & saute for a minute.
- Add onion, sliced baby corn, chopped carrot & stir fry for 6-10 minutes or cook until they turn soft.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt & saute for a minute.
- Add cooked rice (you can also add chopped spring onions in this step) & stir fry for another 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame.
