Soya Granules Sandwich

Ingredients

3 Amul Cheese Slices or 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheese (you can also use your choice of cheese)
6 White Bread Slices
1 Tomato, discard the pulp & chop
Sliced Onions
3 Tspn Tomato Ketchup
3 Tspn Mayonnaise
2-3 Tblspn Butter

Directions

  • For assembling a sandwich; heat 2-3 tablespoons of butter on a tawa on low flame & place 3 bread slices on it.

  • Add 3-4 tablespoons of soya granules curry on each bread slice followed by sliced onions & chopped tomato. 

  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on top of each slice.
  • Spread a teaspoon of tomato ketchup, teaspoon of mayonnaise over another bread slice & cover with it (make sure to place the mayonnaise spread side on stuffing as shown in the picture below). 
  • Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown & crisp or until cheese melts completely. Turn off the flame.
  • Transfer to a plate & cut each soya granules sandwich diagonally.

  • Serve soya granules sandwich with a side of tomato ketchup.
