1/2 Cup Soya Granules, soak in hot water for 2-3 minutes & drain
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped

1 Small Cinnamon(Dalchini) Stick
2-3 Green Cardamom(Ellachi) Pods

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add black cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods & saute for a minute. Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder & saute for another minute. Now add chopped tomatoes & cook until they turn soft.
- Add soaked soya granules & saute for 5 minutes.
- Add water & cover with a lid. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until soya granules turn soft. Finally add coriander leaves, mint leaves & mix. Cook for 2 more minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
