Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Mango Pulp
3 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Sago Pearls or Sabudana
1/4 Cup Chilled Whole Milk(Full Fat)
Directions
- Wash & soak sago pearls in 1/2 cup of water for 2 hours.
- Heat 3 cups of water in a heavy bottomed pan on a medium flame & when it comes to a boil add soaked sago pearls(drain water completely before adding sago pearls).
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until sago turns soft & transparent by stirring continuously.
- Turn off the flame & drain the boiled sago in a strainer.
- Immediately rinse boiled sago with cold running water & keep it aside.
- Add mango pulp, coconut milk, chilled milk, sugar to a blender jar & blend into a smooth puree.
- Transfer to a bowl & add boiled sago.
- Mix everything well & refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.
- Serve mango sago chilled.
Note: Stays fresh for 2 days when refrigerated.
