1/4 Cup Chopped Carrot
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt To Taste

1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
2 Tspn Soya Sauce

- Whisk eggs in a bowl with spoon & add black pepper powder, little salt. Whisk again & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan or wok on medium flame; pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly.
- Once it is cooked add carrots & cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt as needed, coriander powder, soya sauce, vinegar & mix everything well.
- Add cooked rice & mix everything well.
- Stir fry for another 3-4 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Serve street style egg fried rice with a side of raita or chilli chicken or butter chicken.
