Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

200 Grams Button Mushrooms, washed & chopped
2 Medium Sized Tomato, chopped
2 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  • Heat oil in a pan; on a medium flame. 
  • Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
  • Add gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder & saute for a minute. 
  • Add chopped tomatoes & saute until they turn soft & mushy.
  • Add chopped mushroom & saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add water & mix everything well.
  • Cover with a lid & cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Add cilantro leaves & mix everything well.
  • Turn off the flame & serve hot with rice or roti.
