1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder

1/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped
1/2 Cup Water

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan; on a medium flame.
- Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder & saute for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes & saute until they turn soft & mushy.
- Add chopped mushroom & saute for 5 minutes.
- Add water & mix everything well.
- Cover with a lid & cook for 10 more minutes.
- Add cilantro leaves & mix everything well.
- Turn off the flame & serve hot with rice or roti.
