1 Cup Mint(Pudina) Leaves
1 Green Chilli
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder or 2 Garlic Cloves

150 Grams Cottage Cheese/Paneer (cubed into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
3 Tblspn Green Bell Pepper(Capsicum), thinly sliced

1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder

1 Ripe Avocado, mashed (optional)

Directions
For Mint Chutney
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste & transfer it to a bowl.
For Paneer Stuffing
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan on medium-low flame, add paneer cubes & shallow fry them until the sides turn light brown. Transfer them to a plate & keep aside.
- Heat remaining butter in the same pan on a medium flame, add chopped onion & fry until it turns translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala powder, coriander powder & saute for another minute.
- Add sliced capsicum, shredded carrot & stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add yogurt & cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally add fried paneer cubes & saute for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Take one chapathi/roti & spread mint chutney over it.
- Spoon the paneer mixture lengthwise on the center of the chapati. Sprinkle thinly sliced onion & a tablespoon of cheddar cheese(optional).
- To the mashed avocado add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice & mix well. Spoon the avocado & a tablespoon of ranch on the paneer mixture(optional).
- Wrap the chapathi/roti & repeat the process with remaining chapathis.
- Serve hot.
Note: You can prepare chapathi & paneer stuffing in advance. Assemble them into wraps only when you are ready for serving.
