1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/2 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
Few Curry Leaves(Karivepaku)
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves & saute it for a minute on a medium flame. Add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped beans, carrots & mix well. Cover with a lid & on a medium-low flame; saute for 15-20 minutes or until veggies are cooked. Turn off the flame & garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve with rice or roti.
