1 Cup Sooji(Bombay Rava)
1 Cup Rice Flour
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/3 Cup Maida/Refined Wheat Flour
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
Few Curry Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
Salt to Taste
Water as needed

Directions
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil & combine everything well. Batter must be very thin or watery consistency.
- Heat tava/nonstick skillet on a medium flame, apply 1/4 teaspoon oil on the tava & spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center & sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon oil around the edges.
- Cook till the base is golden & crisp or until edges start browning a bit. Flip to cook other side as well. Pass the spatula under it to ease the rava dosa off the pan, fold & transfer to a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve rava dosa with peanut chutney, coconut chutney, ginger chutney, onion chutney & sambar.
