1/2 Kg Mutton bone-in, cut into medium sized pieces
150 Grams Spinach(Palak) Leaves, washed & chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chilli, slit on one side
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tblspn Gingergarlic Paste
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Wash mutton pieces under running water & keep aside to drain.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker on a medium flame, add onion & saute till golden brown. Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, green chilli, cilantro leaves & saute for another minute.
- Now add the washed mutton & combine well. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until oil separates.
- Add chopped spinach & mix everything well. Close the cooker lid & pressure cook for 5-6 whistles or until mutton turns soft. Turn off the flame & let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the lid & serve hot with rice or roti or tandoori roti.
