Prawn/Shrimp Pakora Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 Cups Cooked Rice (1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
12-14 Prawn/Shrimp Pakoras, cut it into small pieces
2 Eggs
1 Tblspn Soya Sauce
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Tomato ketchup(optional)
1 Tspn Vinegar
1 Tblspn Chilli Sauce
1/4 Tspn Pepper Powder
2 Tblspn Oil


Directions
  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl with spoon.
  2. Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly. 
  3. Once eggs are cooked add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, pepper powder, garlic powder & saute for a minute.
  4. Now add prawn pakora pieces, cooked rice & stir fry for another 5-8 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  5. Serve with chilli chicken.
