1/2 Cup Soya Chunks/Meal Maker Chunks, soak in hot water for 2-3 minutes & drain

1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent. Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Add soaked soya chunks & saute for 8-10 minutes. Now add cooked rice & mix everything well. Saute for 2-3 minutes & finally add cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot.
