4 Boiled Eggs, peeled & grated
1 Small Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Lemon Juice
3/4 Tspn Chaat Masala
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
2 Tblspn Gram Flour (Besan)
2 Tblspn Mint(Pudina) Leaves, chopped
Oil for Brushing
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil & mix everything well with your hand as shown in the picture below.
- Make patties using the egg mixture (patties should not be too thick or thin).
- Preheat the oven to 425F(218C) & line a baking tray with aluminium foil coated with cooking spray.
- Arrange the patties on a baking tray as shown in the picture below & brush with some oil on top of each pattie.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning once half way. Carefully remove the pan from oven & transfer them to a plate.
- Serve egg patties with tomato ketchup or ranch.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wide pan on medium flame; place egg patties in the pan & cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once halfway.
- Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
