1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tblspn Mint(Pudina) Leaves, chopped
1 1/2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder & saute for another minute.
- Now add chopped tomatoes & mix everything well.
- Cook until tomatoes turn soft & mushy. Add mint leaves & cook for a minute.
- Finally add sliced eggs & mix everything well.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
