250 Grams Spinach Leaves, chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Wash chopped spinach leaves under running water & drain. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan; on a medium-low flame. Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt & saute for another minute.
- Add washed spinach leaves & mix everything well (note: in this step you can also add 3/4 cup washed & chopped dil leaves)
- Saute for 12-15 minutes or until leaves are cooked completely. Turn off the flame.
- Serve with rice or roti.
